I like it quite a bit of lots. The only thing I'd disagree with is it not being memorable. The chorus is stuck in my head =).

Cool song. It definitely has an older sound to it, not 80s, rather the mid 70s. I'm really excited for his solo album now. It should be really solid, if unspectacular.
